A truly well-deserved 52 consecutive weeks on the bestseller list. Congratulations John Green.
P.S. On a personal note, I didn’t realize how short chapters 12-21 of Tfios are so it looks like I’ll probably finish the book tomorrow instead of next week :)

There’s a certain slant of light,
On winter afternoons,
That oppresses, like the weight
Of cathedral tunes.

Heavenly hurt it gives us;
We can find no scar,
But internal difference
Where the meanings are.

None may teach it anything,
‘Tis the seal, despair,-
An imperial affliction
Sent us of the air.

When it comes, the landscape listens,
Shadows hold their breath;
When it goes, ‘t is like the distance
On the look of death.

I colorized and computerfied a tfios doodle that was in my notebook. How do them stars taste, Hazel Grace?

What else? She is so beautiful. You don’t get tired of looking at her. You never worry if she is smarter than you: You know she is. She is funny without ever being mean. I love her. I am so lucky to love her, Van Houten. You don’t get to choose if you get hurt in this world, old man, but you do have some say in who hurts you. I like my choices. I hope she likes hers.

I started reading the Fault in Our Stars. It’s odd, because I NEVER read books about real people. But I’m really liking it a lot so far.
